If your purchase doesn't meet your creative needs, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to get you the right tools for your craft.
Request a Return Authorization
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear Securely
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and warranty cards, then place it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old tracking labels are visible.
Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the equipment to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 3-5 business days.
